Who are these characters anyway? HINT: Monday nights, UNCLE SAMs BAR AND GRILL, 16003 Pacific Ave. in Spanaway. Time....7 to 10ish.
Give up? Well, it's the BARTLETT ON BASS Jazz Jam..now, you recognize these guys, don't you? I knew you would with a little help.
There's more than jazz happening at Sam's on Mondays...but, the first set is always jazz, of course...and, good jazz too!
For the second set....well....it's a bit more open. O.K?
Here's a list of the very cool hosts of this jam...in no particular order...'cause they're all extremely cool!
Let's see...next Monday, Sept. 5th, you will hear....DENNY FOREMAN/jazz guitar, HAL MERRILL/pedal steel jazz guitar, STEPHEN PARTON/drums and 'what the ?' STEVE BARTLETT on bass.....remember 7 til 10 pm. That's kinda early, and works out well, so you can get home to the baby sitter...without costing an arm and a leg!
