As you know, I'm a creme-person....Now fess up you guys, you creme or cookie? Everyone knows that when it comes to those cookies there's no just thing as a whole Oreo-person there's just 'creme'-people or 'cookie'-people....you gotta be one or the other. That's all.
Yes,...I've done alotta personal research on this kinda important subject, see MY story HERE, you know, separating that dark. rich chocolately Oreo cookie part from MY favorite, of course, that delicious Oreo creme-y part. AND, I'll post an excellant informative video of DAVID NEEVEL's and HERE, that will show you details on just how to separate that creme from the cookie part easily...no muss, no fuss. ...just delicious creme or cookie if you like, even though that's way outta MY box...eating THAT cookie part at the same time as the creme part. It's just not done....the creme alone, then followed by the cookie part alone. Period.
O.K., now back to the Daily Meal's post about...new flavors in Oreos. Seems like those Oreo Creators [NABISCO] have been trying on new flavors ever since last last summer...starting first with 'watermellon'....what? watermellon? What were they thinking anyway? I could have told them that would never work. Then, they even tried 'lemon' and 'berry'...no go. Well, of course not guys.
Now, they've got a 'limeade' Oreo...that's getting some positive feed-back, even though that flavor is really difficult or me to even imagine. Some folks are saying things like:" “tastes like lime Skittles,” between two vanilla Oreo cookies."....VANILLA!! What? Oreos aren't VANILLA. I've just about had enough.
BUT WAIT, I read another post from again THE DAILY MEAL, talking about another new combination REESE's PEANUT BUTTER CUP and, of course, that dark, rich chocolate Oreo cookie. Now, THAT sounds just delightul to me. Never mind,..... new flavors are a great idea. I'll try THAT one....Where do I sign up?....yum. Jan

DAVID NEEVEL's and HERE amazing 'Oreo Separating Machine' [thanks asen wd], created at the amazing MAD DOG GARAGE, just south of here in Portland, Oregon. This is what the video page says: " Published on Feb 27, 2013
Physicist Builds Machine to Remove Cream from Oreos, David Neevel built an Oreo Separator Machine (OSM) to first split the tasty sandwich in twain, and then flay its frosty white coating by way of a carefully calibrated CNC machine."
