We're in a mixed-music Eamily, Steve and I. I see the truth, and gotta ask myselE can JAZZ and BLUZZZ really mix anyway?
BARTLETT loves JAZZ, I understand...I know, it gives him so much pleasure. and I love the BLUZZZ, that moany, drippy, whinny-kinda bluzzz.
Steve plays them both. leaving me right in the middle..... conEused, head spinning, what am I gonna do?.... asking will this all workout?
One day, it's jazz tunes, then the next bluzzz. Then there's Eunk, soul, country, and rock....what am I gonna do?...Allow, that's all 'cause I'll never give up on music or us.... ever.
We're working up a cool POINTER SISTERS and HERE tune today. I'll post a video link here...'Betcha Got a Chick On The Side' [thanks soulbrothanumbahone]....I'm singing the intro part with BARTLETT.... it's easy,you know,.. 'betcha got a chick on the side, sure you got...etc.'...why don't you sing right along with us,...that'll be cool. A good way to start your day...and yummy too.
