BARTLETT's Off To 'Spain'....With CHICK COREA...JAZZ At 'The Pig Bar'

It's a new year and BARTLETT ON BASS's up earily today, working up 'Spain' by CHICK COREA and HERE, hopefully he'll have it done soon...it's a difficult tune.  BUT, there's a jazz jam tomorrow at 'The Pig Bar'...What?!...Pig Bar?...That just sounds delicious,....ooohhh.....BBQ Pork sandwiches, ribs etc., remember to bring some home Sweetheart...smiling 'longingly'...with my best come hiether...you know.... flirting [spell?] look and trying not to drool on myself....It's DICKERSON's SOUTH BAY BBQ in Olympia, with a jazz jam on Thursday nights, 'bout 8 pm. AND scrumpious BBQ pork, served until 9 pm...get there before 9 pm...ALL this in one night. WOW. Thursday's MY very favorite night.
So, that's why BARTLETT's doing 'Spain' by Chick Corea, will be getting the charts ready for those cool jazz jams in town. See you there this Thursday at Dickerson's, also TRADITION's CAFE AND FOLK ART will have a jazz jam this Sunday afternoon at 2 pm, but bring your axe, be hungry for mouth-watering BBQ pork tomorrow and have music charts if you can. But, don't worry...'the real book'  with lotsa charts is there at the jam, if you need it.
