'Baby, it's freezing outside.'   Well, these are her exact words in her Email....  “Due to the deep freeze and UNPREDICTABLE weather, Radio decided to reschedule the concerts. Awwwwwww shucks. I just closed in Detroit at the Sound Board and I was raring and ready to snowball into the Apple ……stay tuned.” said ARETHA FRANKLIN in her Email about the reason her upcoming shows at RADIO CITY MUSIC HALL for January 17th and 18th were canceled. Luckily the shows have been rescheduled for June 14th and15th...this summer...ah much better, nice and toasty. Folks who can't change the dates will receive refunds, said MSG Entertainment, reports DAVE ITZKOFF  of the NEW YORK TIMES two days ago...the 9th of January, that is.. Jan
